A clean spot with friendly staff and a prime location right in the city center. the room is cozy, stocked with drinks, tea, and coffee, and has a nice walk-in shower. 🚿

it was surely a great stay which really sets the tone for one's entire visit. the hotel was spacious, and the meals were lovely, i truly enjoyed the great location near to the eaton centre, bustling downtown toronto, and the mall one day and the st lawrence market. all the staff was very welcoming and exceptional, fixed my issues.

I had pleasant stay, the place is luxury!
My premier king room was newly remodelled and luxurious with comfortable bed. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to Toronto, restaurants and the main centre of Toronto. It also was to Queen St shops.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, perfect for starting your day. being within walking distance of an oceanarium and some bars 💃 was really convenient and fun.

The hotel had a brilliant and super location in the heart of downtown Toronto. the rooms were incredible with central heating, an individual safe, and pay television. - the bed was soft and comfortable. - the staff was fabulous and fantastic, with a smiling face. - There was a great selection of food for the American breakfast. - It was a great way to end our Christmas.

Very elegant hotel. Staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Excellent equipment. Breakfast has its price but those who like to have an extensive breakfast are well served. Location of the hotel is excellent for city sightseeing, very central.

Helpfulness of the reception desk
We think the drinks are watered in the bar. Such a luxury hotel could surely offer Ginger Ale or Coca Cola in small bottles.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the location was pleasant. Free water and an in-room coffee maker were a bonus. Everything was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Room is not soundproofed. Strange scratching noises kept us awake half the night. The room of our friends was very dark and much smaller than ours, although the same category was booked.

Overall was great! No free Internet in the room,but in the lobby, which is good too! I wish sauna would be open longer,like 10-11 pm... not till 3-5 pm only...
Old looking carpet, feels like dirty.... Layout of the huge room could be smarter .....
